I found A-Best Appliance on LG's website as an authorized repair service in the LA area. I contacted 4 companies. A-Best answered right away, 1 other only texted with me, and the remaining 2 did not call back. Eric of A-Best was quick to send out a technician the very next day with all the parts I needed to repair the door lock of my washing machine. So no diagnostic appointment was necessary. The technician repaired the machine quickly and also gave me suggestions on how to clean and maintain my machine. I appreciated A-Best's customer service and the quality of their repairs. I have their sticker on my washer and would call them again if needed.

Eric answered the phone promptly and told him my fridge issue and right away he was able to help me order the part from LG company . That was a week ago .
